Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

• After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process upon receiving the shipment.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time:

• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) / Alternative Payments: Refunds for COD orders may be issued via store credit, digital wallet transfer, or bank transfer as agreed upon.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
